General discussion regarding Kawasaki disease

Our 11 year old daughter had symptoms of incomplete KD. Her lab tests showed a little inflamation but were not especially consistent with KD, echos were negative, but to be on the safe side she had the treatment about a week ago. Her one symptom that is not going away quickly is arthritis. During the acute phase she had stiff neck and pretty significant pain in her small joints (fingers, toes) and some hand/foot swelling, sometimes swelling of some digits but not others. The small joint pain has improved quite a bit but still lingers, and she is complaining about occasional pain in larger joints during the recovery phase which I'm told is more typical of KD. Her docs seemed a bit baffled by the arthritis and she will see a rheumatologist in a couple weeks as part of her follow up but any suggestions would be appreciated. Mono was ruled out, her docs also talked about reactive arthritis, adenovirus, strep reaction, etc. but KD seemed to fit the best.
