ANY RESOLUTION TO STOMACH ISSUES?

Post by Littlebean » Mon Jul 31, 2017 7:53 am

Hi,
Among so many complain post KD, low immunity and stomach issues seem to be VERY common.
Has any parent or doctor come to some solution or conclusion or are we parents just banging our heads against a wall?
KD is basically vasculitis so the chances are that its effected the stomach as well? im sick of docs not hearing me out.

My 7 year old had KD at age 2 with a medium aneurysm. his immunity is low and he soaks up his pillow with sweat while sleeping even in the winters. He regularly complains of tummy ache at odd times but last two bouts were bad.
Abdomen Xray and ultra sound are fine. Stool and Urine Routine tests and culture are unremarkable. (he was constipated per doc but has a BM daily. right now on Duphalac past 5 days but pain still comes around)

His WBC and CRP were raised but he had a swollen lymph node in his neck with low grade fever and the node that has resolved after 6 days course of antibotics.

But the stomach ache was there again last night!
