Small aneurysm on initial echo

Postby Heffernan33 » Sat Jan 02, 2016 5:53 pm

My daughter was treated for Kawasaki on day 8 of the illness. Her first echo showed a small aneurysm on her coronary artery. Who else has experience with an aneurysm? We will have a follow up echo in another 4 weeks. Looking for anyone with a similar experience. My daughter is currently on aspirin and unable to participate in any physical activity.

Would love to hear what happened with your daughter.
My son was just diagnosed and treated on day 8 as well. He also has a small aneurysm on his initial echo and is on aspirin. we have follow up in 6 weeks but no one has told us no physical activity? My son is super whiney/irritable especially 0-2 hours after he wakes up. Then suddenly a switch will go off and he will be fine for a bit (regular toddler stuff) until he gets tired and then back to whining/crying. I just want my little boy back, he just turned 2 :(
