The Kawasaki Disease Forum

My daughter had Kawasaki disease when she was nine years old. She was a-typical as she went into shock while in the hospital. After being hospitalized for 2 weeks she came home and had horrible, continous, migranes. She had never had a headache prior to the disease. She is now 14 years old ,in her first year of high school with severe migraines. We have been to many many doctors all saying there's no correlation between Kawasaki disease and migraines.. She also suffers with numbness in her feet, frequently cold, severe insomnia, joint aches and anxiety. I would appreciate any comments or insight you may have on her conditions.

Dr s continue to deny that those symptoms are related, however, myself and many others have the same horrible experiences. My joints hurt right now, just following wks of migraines. Hopefully soon
